Rotorua is a city located on the North Island that's known for its bubbling geysers, hot springs, and Maori culture. This city is full of outdoor adventures like mountain biking through lush forests or exploring caves filled with glowworms. In addition, Rotorua offers plenty of opportunities for cultural experiences like visiting local marae (meeting grounds) or trying out traditional Maori cooking techniques. It's no wonder that this region is one of New Zealand’s most popular travel destinations!

Fiordland National Park

Located on the South Island, Fiordland National Park is a nature lover's paradise. This park encompasses 1,219 square miles and features some of the country's most dramatic scenery including towering mountains and deep fiords carved by ancient glaciers.
